Whilst everyone’s journey and timeline is unique, we will work with the following structure:

You can fill in the enquiry form, and I will be in touch to arrange your Initial Consultation - a relaxed, no-pressure conversation via video call. This is your chance to ask questions, share what’s been going on, and decide whether this feels like the right fit for you.

Each one-to-one session lasts up to an hour. You’ll have space to reflect on what’s working, explore your desired outcomes, and enjoy deeply restorative trance to help your brain forge new patterns of thinking and behaviour. You will feel refreshed - more able to focus and act in alignment with your intentions. -
You’ll receive a free MP3 to listen to between sessions. I may also reference resources tailored to your individual goals which will help reinforce positive changes and support your wellbeing.

Most people notice a shift within a few sessions. On average 6-8 sessions are typical and there is flexibility around how often these can be scheduled. Be reassured that we will always work at your own pace to allow you enough time to explore desired outcomes in depth, with adequate time to reflect between sessions.
Throughout the process, you remain fully in control of what happens. I am simply here to guide and support you on your journey.
Please note that results may vary from person to person and success is not guaranteed. Clients must make changes in their lives for hypnotherapy to be effective, and full commitment to the therapy is essential.
What is Hypnotherapy - your questions answered.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a talking therapy. It is goal-orientated. It is not an analytical therapy. I do not ask my clients to reveal incidences of past trauma or to discuss historic events unless they wish to. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy utilises deep relaxation, trance, and elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION?
Each session lasts up to an hour. This is one-on-one time dedicated to you away from everyday distractions. We begin by focusing on what's going well and explore how you'd like things to be. Then we move into a relaxing trance that helps reinforce positive change. You can enjoy trance whilst sitting or lying down, with your eyes either open or closed, whichever is most comfortable to you.

WHAT IS TRANCE?
Trance is a natural state of focused attention - like when you're daydreaming or deeply absorbed in a task. In this relaxed state, your brain becomes more open to helpful suggestions and new ways of thinking.

IS HYPNOTHERAPY SAFE?
Yes, absolutely. You remain fully in control and aware at all times. Most people find trance deeply relaxing and grounding — like a mental reset.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

Trance Taster Session Package
– £75
Three x 30 minute sessions. For deep rest and relaxation.
Individual Sessions
– £70
50 minutes - 1 hour. Price includes an MP3 to support work done during sessions.
Trance Relaxation Taster Session – £30
30 minute session. Ideal if you’re curious about trance and want to try it first.
